Carrier Assist Group LLC provides independent administrative and compliance-support services. We are not FMCSA, DOT, a government agency, a law firm, an accounting firm, or a tax advisory firm. Information on this website is general and is not legal or tax advice.

Scope and client responsibilities

Services are limited to the agreed scope. The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information, reviewing documents before submission when requested, maintaining lawful operations, and paying government or third-party fees unless the written scope states otherwise.

No guaranteed outcome

Agency approvals, processing times, audit results, DataQs decisions, insurance decisions, broker onboarding, portal availability, and other third-party outcomes are outside our control. We do not guarantee approval, acceptance, processing time, or a particular result.

Pricing and payment

Website prices are starting service fees in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on scope, records, number of drivers or units, filing periods, and urgency. Government and third-party fees are separate. Payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

Accounts and access

Clients should use delegated access or authorized-user roles when available and should not send passwords or verification codes through the website. Clients retain responsibility for their accounts, two-factor authentication, and revoking temporary access when work is complete.

Website use and changes

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or misleading information. We may update website content, services, prices, and these terms. Changes apply from the updated effective date.
